Parent Teacher Organization

Use Amazon Smile, designating "Elm Creek PTO" as your organization, and 0.5% of your purchase will be donated back to us.

How to participate

1. Find Box Tops on packaging of hundreds of products.
2. Scan your receipt in the Box Tops app.
3. Clip Box Tops from each package.
4. Send Box Tops to school with your child. The collection box is located in the hallway near the office. 

Purchase a mattress, select Elm Creek Elementary as your school, and the organization will donate 25% of the purchase price to the school.
